We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to help.
Return Window Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at amboyroadshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you'll receive a prepaid return shipping label via email — no need to print anything in advance.
Return Shipping A prepaid return label will be provided to you by email. Simply pack your item securely and drop it off at the carrier location indicated on the label. Items are returned directly to our fulfillment partner.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
